Amgen is seeking an HR Data Analysis Manager who will work in our Employee Services group and will act as the key Workday Reporting and Analytics developer and subject matter specialist. This person will be responsible to capture business requirements, design, develop, test and deliver Custom Reports and Dashboards for HR, Managers and Leaders.

Master’s degree and 2 years of Human Resources experience
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Human Resources experience
Associate’s degree and 10 years of Human Resources experience
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Human Resources experience
