This role will be responsible for the development of strategies and tactics designed to drive loyalty acquisition and traffic through revenue and growth. The Loyalty Marketing Manager will work with the internal team to coordinate all loyalty program activity and manage day to day interaction with outside vendors. The position will lead the implementation of all marketing initiatives supporting customer loyalty communication.
This position is based in our Tampa FL Restaurant Support Center, and local candidates strongly preferred.
Manages the development of campaign strategies and tactics to drive traffic and sales growth
Identify marketing opportunity through customer segments
Acts as brand management, maintaining brand equity and brand pillars
Liaison with brand marketing teams coordinating email communication calendar planning, creative development, deployment, and reporting on campaigns.
Leads digital activity as it related to social media, digital advertising, website content on dine-reards.com and brand websites.
Owns maintaining marketing calendar and other reporting documents
Leads marketing team in the development of strategic marketing plans. May include researching competitor marketing, reviewing and summarizing data on potential or existing customers
Manages the development of projects that may include working with external vendors
Leads strategic marketing team to include but not limited to file development and archiving and budget monitoring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, required
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in loyalty program management is a must
