Finance Reporting Sr. Group Manager

Duties: Oversee Citi’s Key Regulatory Liquidity Risk Reporting to ensure the liquidity regulatory reporting area align with agreed upon business success criteria. Lead and manage the Treasury Transformation Project, in partnership with Global Liquidity Management, to deliver the consolidation of FR2052 a (5G) Complex Institution Liquidity Monitoring Report, and other internal liquidity metrics. Provide oversight of the monitoring and forecasting regulatory short-term liquidity needs. Perform analysis of the business dynamics and funding strategies that results in liquidity risk and related risk policies. Determine underlying data requirements for liquidity reporting and associated data sources and systems. Determine overlapping data requirements for reporting to ensure consistency and develop relevant liquidity analysis.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (three or four year) or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a closely related field and six years of experience as a Treasury Solutions Group Senior Project Lead, Strategy Manager, Financial Analyst, Liquidity/Balance Sheet Manager, Project Lead, or in a closely related position within a global financial corporation. Six years of experience must include: Daily liquidity reporting utilizing FR2052a, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and other regulatory reporting rules; Applying Long Term Stress ratio (S2), U.S. LCR regulations, RLAP reporting, and Liquidity Reporting Systems to prepare daily regulatory reports. Requires up to 10% international and domestic travel.
