Compensation Analyst
Coke Florida is hiring a Compensation Analyst
Summary
The Compensation Analyst has primary responsibility to assist in the development and administration of Compensation programs for Coke Florida.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducts job analysis which includes creating or revising job descriptions and assessing the job’s value in the marketplace Administers compensation in accordance with established policies
- Participates in salary surveys and analyzes results in order to ensure Coke Florida’s competitive position
- Plans, designs, develops, and conducts analysis, interprets results and makes recommendations that support effective compensation philosophy aligned to Coke Florida’s business strategy
- Provides counsel to Human Resources staff on compensation policies
- Reviews, analyzes and recommend compensation changes that will be beneficial for employee welfare while controlling Coke Florida’s liability and financial exposure
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of compensation guide and alignment with objectives. Identify, recommend and implement approved changes to compensation plans.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested
For this role, you will need:
- Undergraduate degree with concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other business-related focus
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in Compensation
- Ability to perform independent research, monthly execution, reconciliation, and incentive reporting
- Knowledge of regulations, procedures and practices and Federal laws associated with compensation
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Project Management skills
- Strong Analytical capabilities to conduct job and compensation analysis
- Strong communication skills, borth written and verbal
