The Digital Marketing Manager at Haneke Design plays a key role and is responsible for managing the production of multiple projects including their cost, time, and scope. They work with a collaborative, award-winning team of account managers, designers, developers, and quality assurance specialists to deliver an excellent product, on-time, and on-budget. The Digital Marketing Manager role will monitor client assets on a daily basis. Particularly website hosting and maintenance, receiving client requests, and delegating tasks accordingly. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for in-house marketing coordination and updates to the Haneke Design website and social media platforms as well.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the simultaneous coordination of multiple design and development projects
  • Responsible for setting up client-facing meetings
  • Coordinates, monitors, and tracks project milestones and deliverables
  • Coordinates resources and assigns tasks as needed during the production process
  • Monitors hours allocated to each project and informs the client when hours are projected to exceed the plan
  • Develops marketing strategies for clients to increase their digital presence
  • Develops and maintains processes to improve the overall quality for the client
  • Monitors and manages the scope of projects during production
  • Monitors and reports the status of projects to the client
  • Works closely with the project team to keep projects on time and on budget
  • Manages client expectations in a dynamic environment
  • Manages a team of designers and developers to execute a project

  • Knowledge of paid media buys and post boosting
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Ability to creatively and strategically manage campaigns
  • SEO/SEM experience
  • Content production experience
