We are very transparent on how to make money and earn a six-figure income and will show you how easy it is to get there by following our process and our system.
With just 2 Medicare sales a day and just a little above 1 ancillary sale a day (6 for the week) will make you a six-figure income earner of $101,720.00!!! If you have not done Medicare sales before, let’s breakdown how easy it is to get there!
SALES COMPENSATION BREAKDOWN:
- Base Pay: $15 hr. guaranteed with direct deposit weekly = $600 *Our average sales rep is making $24 an hour ($50,000 base) between the hourly ($15 guaranteed), and weekly sales incentives
- Weekly Sales Incentives include selling Preferred Carrier (Starts at just 7 weekly sales and 90% of our sales reps sell this carrier), Overall Weekly Sales Incentive (Starts at 8 sales and a couple counts as 2 sales so very easy to get that), and finally just by asking if your client wants to add a dental plan to their coverage (75% will say yes) will get you making $24+ an hour weekly! (We will make sure to help you get there by just following our proven process!!!)
- Monthly Sales Incentives starts at 21 sales a month (Extremely easy to do that!!) (40% of our staff average 2 Sales a Day) We pay $100 an application uncapped with no charge backs to you even if the client cancels their policy! (No one in our industry offers this!) *Our agents also are recognized with Monthly Sales Awards to proudly display their accomplishments for all to see!!
- Leads? Our agents take inbound calls for those already looking for Medicare Supplements!! We make sure the phone calls are nonstop from 9am-7pm, Monday-Friday! (We handle everything to make sure you are successful!)

- Close the sale and ask for referrals.
- Work a 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday. No weekends.
- 1+ years of call center sales experience preferred.
- FL-215 License Strongly Preferred- However, we will help you obtain your FL-215 license if you join our team.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
