The Talent Manager will be responsible for the employer relationship and professional development of AgileThought employees. Specifically, the Talent Manager will work closely with the Talent Operations and Talent Experience teams to act as a liaison between employees and leadership. They will work tirelessly to ensure feedback is being shared in both directions and opportunities are provided to employees throughout their career with AgileThought.
