The challenge:

The Talent Manager will be responsible for the employer relationship and professional development of AgileThought employees. Specifically, the Talent Manager will work closely with the Talent Operations and Talent Experience teams to act as a liaison between employees and leadership. They will work tirelessly to ensure feedback is being shared in both directions and opportunities are provided to employees throughout their career with AgileThought. What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as a liaison between employees and the organization to understand not only the employee perspective but the business reasons related to strategies and needs for the culture
  • Engage with team members frequently to build trust and a solid working relationship with the team
  • Work with the Human Resources Department when it comes to overall communications and change within the organization ensuring a cultural level of transparency and positivity
  • Support and execute employee development programs and policies
  • Strong supporter and champion for the Tour of Duty model
  • Interdepartmental navigation when it comes to the needs and desires of employees
  • Support our culture of coaching through direct interactions with team members and always encourage a “do it yourself” mindset helping employees navigate organizational structures.
  • Organizational awareness when it comes to the needs of employees and how those can align with the needs of the organization
  • Champion for employee development
  • Effectively communicate organizational changes at the individual level utilizing already established methods and guidance
  • Encourage the use of technology solutions where applicable when it comes to employee development
  • Work closely with HR department to ensure compliance with all things related to people related laws. This would include areas such as ADA, HIPAA, FMLA, Labor laws, etc.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and/or equivalent work experience
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Strong, demonstrated ability to manage a large number of direct reporting relationships
  • Adaptability to changing environment and fast-growing company
  • Possess a strong likeability and trusted nature
  • Demonstrated skill in building rapport and partnership at all levels of the organization while driving toward consensus
  • Possess strong consultative and business communication skills (oral and written).
  • Outstanding communication skills across all levels of business
  • Seasoned in working with people. A demonstrated passion for obtaining results for the benefit of people – a people person
  • Strong coaching skillset – encouraging growth for the individuals being coached – opposite of “telling” them what to do
  • Strong level of sensitivity and intuition when it comes to confidential information and where the line needs to be drawn

Great to Haves!

  • SPHR, SHRM-SCP certification or equivalent senior HR certification
  • Exposure to fast-growing company with complex HR related experiences (fast-paced hiring, change management, organization development, etc.)
  • Experience in other areas of HR that would lend a hand to understanding the impact of people related programs and processes.
