Position Highlights:


 The Coordinator, PR Account Services is responsible for managing information between assigned internal clients, the Public Relations & Strategic Communications team members and the public. S/He builds strategies around programming, coordinates deliverables within the Public Relations & Strategic Communications department and promotes their clients’ services to the intended audiences.



  • Provides high-quality professional advice and service to clients according to acceptable standards of the Public Relations & Strategic Communications department.
  • Manages day-to-day internal client activities, including research, planning, implementation and evaluation of public relations activities, and paying careful attention to budgets, resources and deadlines.
  • Coordinates and supervises vendors needed to carry out client service requirements, and ensures quality, cost-effective service, within budget and established timeframe.

Credentials and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in public relations, communications, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years verifiable experience in developing, rolling out and overseeing communications, special events and other devices for engaging large populations of people in a health care, community, government relations, public relations or related environment.
  • Verifiable experience in dealing effectively with a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Time management skills including the ability to multi-task under stress.
  • Work experience in an in-house agency and/or non-profit setting
  • Proven ability to create and implement effective PR strategies for clients
  • Problem-solving approach
