Identifies opportunities to change, enhance, or streamline existing business projects and initiatives. Leads project prioritization and coordination to best manage business resource utilization within assigned functional area. May lead projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.

  • Leads teams on project management, business rules analysis and development, product development and service delivery.

Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree (10 years total experience)
  • 6 or more years relevant product or industry experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant industry technology applications.
  • Advanced experience developing solutions and recommendations that will increase efficiency and improve business decisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to act as an adviser to the group head and coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives; a proven implementation track record
  • Ability to ensure all team issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved
  • Experience executing and overseeing the strategic management of large complex projects
  • Experience in enterprise risk management and oversight in a large financial institution or otherwise highly complex and regulated environment
  • Very strong business acumen and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
  • Collaborative with the ability to understand concepts and produce next steps effectively
