HR Generalists have a broad knowledge of human resources functions. This position assists with all internal and external HR-related matters.
In this role you will participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. You will assist with the talent acquisition process and assist with onboarding & off-boarding employees. You will assist with international benefits and global payroll. You will assist with company virtual events, assist with creating employee engagement plans & employee recognition programs, and you will promote HR programs to assist with retention initiatives. You will coordinate employee development plans and performance management. You will assist in organizing training & development initiatives. You will gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, and you will assist in the implementation of an HRIS system.
To be eligible for this role, you must have proven experience as an HR Generalist (2+ years of experience), an understanding of general human resources policies & procedure, outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus. You must also have excellent written & verbal communication skills and listening skills, as well as excellent people skills. You must have a desire to work as a team with a result driven approach, the ability to work independently, and the desire for self-motivated learning. You must work comfortably under pressure, meets tight deadlines, have remarkable organizational & conflict management skills, and have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail is vital to this role. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
