HSP Group is hiring an HR Generalist

  • HR Generalists have a broad knowledge of human resources functions. This position assists with all internal and external HR-related matters.
  • In this role you will participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. You will assist with the talent acquisition process and assist with onboarding & off-boarding employees. You will assist with international benefits and global payroll. You will assist with company virtual events, assist with creating employee engagement plans & employee recognition programs, and you will promote HR programs to assist with retention initiatives. You will coordinate employee development plans and performance management. You will assist in organizing training & development initiatives. You will gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, and you will assist in the implementation of an HRIS system.
  • To be eligible for this role, you must have proven experience as an HR Generalist (2+ years of experience), an understanding of general human resources policies & procedure, outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus. You must also have excellent written & verbal communication skills and listening skills, as well as excellent people skills. You must have a desire to work as a team with a result driven approach, the ability to work independently, and the desire for self-motivated learning. You must work comfortably under pressure, meets tight deadlines, have remarkable organizational & conflict management skills, and have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail is vital to this role. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
