Bloomin’ Brands is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist

Summary

The Supply Chain Specialist is a member of the Restaurant Support Center (RSC) field support team and supports key organizational growth and cost initiatives. The Supply Chain Specialist supports category and supplier relationship management activities.  The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for some program and project management, category strategy implementation, development of cost and risk profiles, process creation and team adherence, and limited sourcing and category management activities, all aiding our organizations branding and growth opportunities. This is a hybrid role based in our Tampa Restaurant Support Center.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Works with and as a part of collaborative teams oriented towards supporting key company initiatives by providing both analytic support and success recommendations
• Supports the development of category strategies, cost and risk profiles, and contract summaries impacting all brands
• Participates in limited sourcing and category management activities
• Drives supplier relationship management programs that enhance supplier performance
• Develops and supports process creation and adherence
• Provides reporting that drives key insights
• Responsible for working in the Tampa, FL based Restaurant Support Center.  Position may eventually be considered for a local, hybrid working arrangement
• Performs other duties as required

Qualifications

* Four (4) year college degree or equivalent years of industry experience preferred

* Skilled in project management
