Summary
Are you the next Talent Manager – Programs and Processes?
The Talent Manager – Programs and Processes will lead assigned portions and participate as a subject matter expert in the design, development and execution of integrated global talent management initiatives, processes and related tools and resources in alignment with Mosaic’s business strategies and Talent Vision. This person will provide overall Talent Management expertise and support for key talent management strategies which engage employees, enhance organizational capabilities, and drive strong business performance. In addition, they will influence, champion and measure effectiveness and impact of talent management strategic initiatives while providing overall project leadership and management of global talent management initiatives.
What will you do?
- Design and implement Talent Mapping framework, processes, and tools
- Drive succession planning guidance for Business HR and partner with stakeholders on action planning
- Lead and implement Key Talent Development initiatives including, career mapping, assessments, accelerated development programs, strategy and vendor management
- Design and implement Performance Management framework, processes, and tools
- Lead Performance cycle initiatives throughout the year, partnering with Total Rewards to provide integrated talent management view
- Act as technical reference for talent development and management
- Liaise with HR COEs, SSC, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to guarantee E2E process implementation
What will you need?
- Bachelor’s degree with a preferred major in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
- A minimum seven years of progressive human resources, talent management and/or engagement experience
- Knowledge of general HR systems and processes
- Experience in delivering and executing HR projects, programs, and process improvements
- Ability to effectively navigate a highly matrixed organization
- Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional leadership, coaching and influencing skills
- Ability to effectively work and build relationships with employees at all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated project management, consultative, and process management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel within North America up to 20% of time
Bonus Points if You Have the Following:
- Ability to measure the impact of talent management programs and initiatives
- Exposure to or knowledge of Assessment Instruments such as MBTI, DiSC, 360’s, EQ, team assessments
