Supervisor, Digital Workspace

Position Highlights:

  • The Digital Workspace Supervisor is responsible for leading the day to day operations of the Digital Workspace team to include application delivery and unified endpoint management.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently as well in a functional and cross functional team environment
  • Positive attitude with an excitement for implementing change.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the Digital Workspace team
  • Maintain team strategy and direction
  • Is an escalation point for the team and their areas of responsibility.
  • Documentation and Knowledge

Credentials and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science/Information Systems or related discipline*

* -OR- Associate’s degree with an additional two (2) years of relevant technology experience plus the five (5) years (for a total of 7 years) experience may be considered “in lieu” of a Bachelor’s degree.

-OR- High School Diploma with an additional four (4) years of relevant technology experience plus the five (5) years (for a total of 9 years) experience may be considered “in lieu” of a Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in technology roles providing system, application and hardware support to include:
  • Windows, Apple OS, Citrix XenApp and/or VMWare Horizon
  • Utilization of service/change management applications and monitoring tools Microsoft and third-party patching and vulnerability management
  • Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory and/or project lead experience required.

Preferred: 

  • Master’s Degree – Computer Science/Information Systems or related discipline
  • ITIL
  • VMWare Certification
