East Hillsborough

Brandon

Known for being a bedroom community for Tampa, Brandon boasts many characteristic establishments that have lasted over a quarter of a century. Brandon is the birthplace of Beef O’Brady’s, a family-oriented bar and grill chain restaurant with locations throughout the southeastern United States.

SouthShore

Venture out to the southern reaches of Hillsborough County, where Tampa Bay meets the Gulf of Mexico. Here, active adventurers hit the water, stalk big fish and live to tell about it over a fresh seafood dinner at sunset.

Davis Islands

Hop a trolley to downtown’s bustling perimeter for entertainment geared to out-of-towners, night-on-the-towners and daytime-pleasure seekers. Davis Islands has an explorer-minded appeal emphasized by friendly stretches of cafés, shops and bars.

Harbour Island

Harbour Island is situated adjacent to Downtown across the Garrison Channel. Other nearby areas include Davis Islands and Channelside. The Tampa Convention Center is located directly across the Harbour Island Bridge and Channelside is just across Beneficial Drive, both walking distance.

New Tampa

New Tampa is one of the fastest growing areas in Hillsborough County. If you love the idea of living in a spacious suburban home within a gated community, then this neighborhood is just the ticket.

Westshore

Shopaholics, pro sports fans and frequent flyers will find their bliss in Westshore. Life on the western edge of Tampa is all about convenience and finding new treasures each day.

Temple Terrace

Close to golf courses, bike paths, parks, and two theme parks, treasures await families here. What kid wouldn’t want to live down the street from Busch Gardens® Tampa Bay and Adventure Island?

Riverview
