OPSWAT is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help plan and manage channel and field marketing programs to support our global channel partners and field sales teams. Our advanced cybersecurity solutions protect businesses from the growing risk of sophisticated malware attacks and are in high demand across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The position reports to the CMO with close alignment to the VP of Global Channel Sales. You will also work closely with corporate marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and regional sales teams – along with our global network of channel partners.

What You Will Be Doing

  • HQ Channel Program / Operations Support

Provide central planning and program management support for global channel program initiatives

  • Ongoing management of PRM System (Allbound), including updating content, rolling out new functionality (e.g., co-branding, social sharing), and driving partner usage and engagement
  • Plan and manage monthly partner webinar meetings and monthly newsletter Assist with planning / leading partner summits
  • Assist with planning/managing partner training and onboarding
  • Create/manage channel program collateral and website content
  • Assist channel sales leaders in recruitment initiatives
  • Conduct regular program surveys and use feedback to drive improvements Develop and produce regular reports on program KPIs and results
  • Joint Channel Marketing Programs

Provide planning and program management support for MDF and joint marketing programs:

  • Partner-led webinars and local events
  • Co-branded sales tools and campaign kits (e.g., webinar in a box)
  • Review and provide feedback on channel partner marketing plans – and assist partners in executing plans
  • Develop and produce regular reports on campaign results
  • Field Marketing
  • Provide planning and program management support for local/regional marketing programs
  • Plan and manage tradeshows, workshops, regional webinars, email, and other digital marketing programs
  • Develop and manage website and sales tool translations to support regional markets
  • Develop and produce regular reports on campaign results

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years B2B tech channel marketing and operation experience – cybersecurity and / or enterprise SaaS is a plus
  • Hands-on experience managing a PRM system – Allbound is a plus
  • Hands-on experience working with a CRM system – Hubspot is a plus
  • Experience setting up and managing webinars and in-person events / workshops
  • Experience setting up and managing email marketing and social media campaigns
  • Experience building marketing plans with channel partners and managing an MDF program
  • Professional proficiency in one or more languages beyond English is plus
  • Excellent time management skills, and ability to work with remote teams with a high level of autonomy
  • Self-motivation with a winning attitude, extremely adaptive, take pride in exceeding sales goals
  • Passion to continuously monitor success of channel marketing initiatives, proactively engage with partners, and implement new ideas to improve performance
  • Ability to travel as necessary to your assigned channel partners and/or customers, and to company meetings
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
