MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Talent Management, the Manager, Human Resources Operations, will play a key role in implementing Tampa Electric’s people strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading an HR Operations team focused on delivering HR services across the HR Business Partner team and to the business in support of the organizational strategy. The Manager will work closely with the Manager, HR, HR Director, and other key stakeholders to lead and execute key HR Operations processes and initiatives to enhance the employee experience including employee relations/investigations, onboarding/offboarding, strategic workforce planning, HR compliance, talent initiatives, employee engagement, HR reporting, and provide HR solutions that support and optimize the operating objectives of the business and deliver on Tampa Electric’s strategy.
